These terms describe use of the Evolve Sports LLC website and its published league information. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Website use

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or submit false information.

League eligibility and registration

Evolve Kickball League is a co-ed league for adults ages 21 and older in Greenacres, Florida. Players may join as a team captain, join their captain's team, or sign up solo for team placement. Viewing this website does not reserve a spot or complete registration.

Season and pricing

The advertised fee is $40 per player, paid at signup. It includes a T-shirt and six regular-season games. Qualifying teams receive 1–3 additional playoff games, depending on finish, included in that fee. Park, game day and time, and season start remain TBD until published.

Refunds and cancellations

If Evolve Sports LLC cancels the season before it starts, registered players receive a full refund. No refunds are issued once the season begins. Games canceled because of weather will be rescheduled so the full six regular-season games are played.

Social activities

Weekly costumes, team creativity, after-party attendance, and social challenges contribute to social points. The Social Committee organizes themes, judges, and awards points. Team Social Coordinators share details and organize participation. Teams receive weekly social participation prizes, and the season's Social Champion receives a team trophy and additional prizes. Specific themes, challenges, and scoring details will be published with the weekly schedule or communicated through team coordinators.

Venue rules and responsible conduct

Participants must follow applicable laws and venue rules. Social participation does not require purchasing or consuming alcohol. Food and drink purchases are not described as included in the registration fee.

These website terms do not replace the league rules or any separate registration agreement or participant waiver presented before participation. No liability waiver or photo release is created merely by viewing this website.
